A long walk round part of the Gower not helped by Sand dunes and a flight of about 150 steps at Oxwich. The views were spectacular including a view of the Brecon beacons. Also the north coast of Devon is starting to fade now, odd to think I could be there in about 10 months.
I am staying in a lovely youth hostel right on the beach at Port Eynon. Port Eynon is in a black hole for mobile reception which meant finding the Youth hostel challenging in the gathering darkness as it’s not on a street but on the beach as it’s an old lifeboat station.
I’m going to have limited wifi do the next few days so posts will be intermittent.
